IDLY MANCHURIAN

Thanks to all my friends and family members who kept on asking me the recipes of the dishes I have posted on FB you guys motivated me to create this blog. I hate writing but I am going to do this so that every time I see my blog I will get motivated to cook more variety dishes I hope :)

I decided to start my recipe blogging with Idly Manchurian. The reason I chose this dish first is because Idly is considered to be one of the boring dishes and imagine eating the left over idly`s that is like a nightmare.I know most of us modify the left over Idly`s into Idly Upma or Idly fry but that is usual I wanted to try something different that is how I landed up inventing this dish.

Ingredients for Frying Idly`s :

Left over Idly`s  (Do not use fresh hot idly`s at least keep it for couple of hours and then use it)

Red Chilly powder (According to taste)
Salt to taste (According to taste)

Please Note:
To make Gobi/Cauliflower Manchurian you can use the same method but swap idly with Gobi

You can eat Idly Manchurian as a starter or eat it along with fried rice or chapati`s.
